If the product is not damaged by user, we will repair it at no charge, a part of the cost of return shipping will be borne by us.(Freight prepaid. Freight unpaid shipping is not accepted.)
1) Received products that have damage determined to have been caused by the end-user may be subject to denial of the return request.
2) Once your package is received and checked to verify that warranties are still valid, we will issue a full refund or a replacement for all eligible product, if the product is not damaged by users.
3) If the phone is not defective in any aspect, order shipping cost is non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the consumer.
4) Returned product and all accessories must be in good physical condition(not physically broken or damaged) and be new to be eligible for refunds.
