The warranty policies vary from different countries/territories/purchase channels. DOA, Exchange, Return/Refund or any other warranty policies will follow authorized stores under the local government regulations.
Customers in Europe and Russia can get authorized aftersales service. Please follow the aftersales service center requests and submit your cases online. Customers outside Europe and Russia need check with dealers.
One Year Repairing Warranty
Unless otherwise specified by local government or the dealers, the product warranty period is one year starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via Customer Service. Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item to AGM, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for free repair, however customers can return it to us at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility in such cases.
Warranty Exemptions and Notes
1. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
2.If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
The customer voids the warranty if they:
• Flash the firmware of a device or root a device.
• Open the body in an attempt to fix the device.
• Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product.
• Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for.
• Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage.
3. Faults caused by network and wireless information service providers (operators) are not covered by the warranty.
4. Even though a repair might be deemed in warranty when returned by the end consumer, this may be overturned by our repair partner during screening of the device.

We can deliver spare parts to most countries. If your package isn’t able to be shipped to the destination country, we’ll contact you. Your spare parts orders will be shipped out when ready. On average, you’ll receive your orders within 20 days.

Find the app "update" or “System update”. It will show that your system is up-to-date after update package installed.
It is normal that the smartphone device gets hot when playing videos or games on it or charging it, however, you can reduce the hot by following actions:
1. Turn off the function and apps seldom used such as Wi-Fi, GPS etc.;
2. Turn down the brightness of the screen;
3. Turn off the apps running in the background periodically and clear cache periodically to keep enough running space all the time;
4. Uninstall abnormal apps with bugs which may cause much heat during running;
5. Do not use phone during charging unless necessary.
